I like the work they do and it has been helping but they have gone thru 3 receptionists since I have been here. The people in the office say they are going to schedule you and they don't, or they schedule you and put it in their system wrong. They really need a receptionist and not rely on whoever is in the office and hope they schedule you. Also, since they don't have a receptionist, the calls don't get answered and if you leave a voicemail, it gets returned at least a day later, if at all.
