Great place to go if you're looking to have someone laugh your problems off, tell you to google coping strategies and then say you seem fine and should come back if you're need more help.

Dear personages, Granted, this facility is old and slow. And I'm not making up excuses, but To the poor person who was told they HAD put on weight. Are words you'll not forget in a long time, but you will forget them. You're a wonderful beautiful human bean, man. I've had that happen. I was referred to this clinic as I was deeply depressed. I had told my male therapist that they assigned me that the biggest reason for my depression was the fact that I had gained a lot of weight, and it had completely shattered my self-esteem. His response was "Oh yea, even from 6 months ago when I last saw you, I can definitely tell." I have not been able to get those words out of my head for months. My son has been waiting for 6 weeks for a social worker from this clinic to e mail a list of Edmonton Psychiatrists to his psychologist in Stony Plain. He has called to remind her twice. It still remains undone. He has now seen a Psychatrist there that was totally not interested in helping him at all. Someone needs to be in charge here as it is clear this clinic is none-functional.
