Brought my Santa Fe in to the service department for an issue. Their quote was to perform a transmission flush and if that didn't work to replace transmission. I took it to another mechanic who diagnosed a restricted exhaust and repaired it. Service manager Mike Han won't return my emails as I asked for a refund on the diagnostic charge.
