I have had nothing but bad experiences with spruce grove Hyundai. First car we got got whe windshield warranty. They put one in and they did it wrong and it cracked. Then to it back the put in another one. 3 days latter I washed it and water was poring inside the vehicle. They got a professional to do it the 3rd time. Now we have a new 2025 palisade and got the extended warranty for chips scratches and other minor things. We had a couple rock chips. So took it in. All they did was put touch up pain on it. I’m reviewing based off my experience dealing with the service department over the last 5 months. I have worked at a dealership in the past in a parts department working alongside the service dept and I would be embarrassed if I was providing this kind of service.
