Quick response and repair
For over a year I have been trying to get a leak fixed, it literally rains in my bedroom when we get heavy rain. Today I asked for recommendations for a local Adel roofing company. Much to my surprise and pleasure they were able to come to the house within hours of making the call to them. The service person looked at our damage inside then went up on the roof. Spruce Exteriors is an excellent Adel area company for any siding and window needs, in fact any exterior project. I have used Spruce on projects due storm damage for siding repair and new roof replacement, and lately water damage due to a leaky window. They are always prompt, courteous and helpful. The owner does not oversell what needs to be done and very reasonably priced. Will continue to use Spruce Exteriors and definitely recommend!
