Dr. Neri is awesome! He always does a great job, detail oriented, thorough and timely. He is such a nice guy as well! The staff at Spruce Dental are all friendly and professional. Overall it’s a great experience.
I recently visited this dental office and, unfortunately, I had a pretty disappointing experience. Initially, I requested a PDF breakdown of my balance so I could understand what my insurance covered and what it didn’t. The receptionist told me that someone named Regina would send it over, which was fine. When I arrived at the office, however, I was told the PDF still wasn’t ready.
