I ordered a Redbull kicker and a $16 ham and cheese “panini,” if you want to call it that. It was burnt, gross, and inedible. I took it back after taking a bite, but the staff told me they wouldn’t refund or replace it because I took a bite, which makes no sense because that’s how I knew it was gross.
