I felt very lied to just so they could make money. I was told the cleaners speak English, but they didn’t even in the slightest, I had to put my dad on speaker phone to translate. They were 30 min late and never called to tell me they had car problems then ended up rescheduling till the next day and still showed up 10 min late. Was told vaulted ceilings could be cleaned but their ladder couldn’t reach. Was told walls would be cleaned with vinegar and cleaning solution but they just used a water wet rag. Excellent Service. The crew arrived on time, and were very efficient. They even did small, hotel like things like arrange the toilet paper in a decorative manner (sounds unimportant but is a demonstration of the amount of care they put into their work). Will use them again in the future.
