They don't take responsibility for their errors – We've give our business to Spruce Cleaners for the past 6mos and were generally happy with the job they did for the first few months. Then, a sweater came back with a missing button. When my husband pointed it out to them, they said it was already missing. He assured them that it was not as asked them to look around for it.
