As a parent, you ALWAYS worry about your kids. My daughter had already had many teeth pulled as an infant and her self confidence was always low as she went through school. We went to Dr. Sprowls to get a consult and from that point on, my daughters life changed. You walk in to his office and are greeted with amazing comfort. She needed braces badly and after 3 yrs, she has an amazing smile and confindence! I have never been to any Doctors Office where EVERYTIME you go, it’s happy.
Second generation being treated in this office. I brought my first son here in 2010 and am happy to say he has perfectly straight teeth! Brought my 2nd son here today. Dr. Sprowls is so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. The staff is warm and friendly and work together like a well oiled machine! They were happy to set up a payment plan for us. I would HIGHLY recommend Sprowls Orthodontics!
I would have never chosen this ortho had I known what I do now. My daughter now has wires loose in her mouth, left message with office several days ago and no return phone call... They have an answering service picking up their phones today even after they are supposed to be open by 8:30am. Incompetent. Her gums were squeezed together and pushed outward. Pretentious office staff. Very arrogant doctor and unprofessional! Highly unsatisfied client.
Staff was great, Dr. Sprowls was very informative and friendly. I've brought all four of my kids here and they all love it.
I had a great experience here my my 3 kids. Staff and doctor were excellent! Very nice, patient and the office was very clean! Would highly recommend to anyone!
