Fair, honest and reasonable pricing. My whole family uses this shop. Everyone there is so nice & accommodating. On several occasions they have fit me & my mother’s vehicles in even when they were very busy. They have given me honest quotes & often come in under the quote. Andrew is honest & will tell you when you don’t need work done rather than other shops who take advantage, perform unnecessary repairs, just to take your money. This is why I travel from another city to use them exclusively for all my auto needs.
Sprowls was the only place in town willing to do my water pump and timing chain in my 2016 ford edge. The whole process only took a little over a week as my rear end needed fixed too. They were fair with the price and were more than willing to fix everything for me even though it was a big ask. Unexpectedly discovered that we needed the rear struts replaced on the new-to-us car that we were driving home from New York. Andrew ordered the parts, got us fixed up and back on the road that same day! He is clearly a man of solid character, an excellent mechanic, and very fair business man. Finding Strowl’s was a godsend that day. I can’t recommend more highly!
I was traveling across the country when the muffler on my car started dangling off on the highway. Fortunately, I found this shop! Andrew and Kelsey were incredibly helpful. They fit me in last minute, fixed the problem quickly, and had me back on the road within a day. Excellent service and highly recommended!
