Edited Review: Previous I gave these guys a 1/5 stars because of how dreadfully long they took to unload. But they've gotten better recently, and ladies in the office were real nice & direct.
Avoid this place check in/out girl doesn’t do her job at 12:20 she said “I have to bring physical check but they accept it until 12:30 So I checked in at 11:00 am! I have been rescheduled for the next day Thanks 🙏
HOLY HELL, THESE GUYS TAKE FOREVER TO UNLOAD!!! My appointment time was 8 AM; it's almost 10 AM and these guys haven't even opened their dock doors yet to check the temp!! I've been here a few times before and assumed that their systems were faulty, appointment backlogs, or construction in the way. NO! These guys really do take that long just to open up the door and check! Ridiculous! The longest I've been up here was 6 hours!!
They got the their 5 stars , the girl in receiving was very nice , got a door right away, I was an hour early, good experience this morning 🌅 update: taking long long time to count , red light on over 2 hrs for 1 pallet of 25 boxers, lost 2 stars
