Mellow environment
I love sprouts!! This was my second time visiting on and my first time at the one in Decatur. It actually seems bigger than the first one I went to. Every single employee i interacted with was Bru happy, welcoming, and helpful. It was very clean and organized. It was bright and open. I'm so excited I can't wait to go back 🥰 literally like who invented Sprouts??? They need a raise lol
I purchased a $6 watermelon today. Cut it open and it was rotten. I called to let the store know. Me: I purchased a watermelon today and it was rotten. Store clerk: You can bring it back. Me: I live too far away to drive a watermelon back. Store clerk: OK Me: Don't you at least want to know what kind it was? Store Clerk: You'd have to tell produce Me: OK. Do you want to transfer me to produce? Store Clerk: OK Me: [hangs up after waiting on hold for 5+minutes]
