My foot is broken at the moment and as I hobbled into the store the most wonderful team member came and offered me their electronic cart to drive myself around in. It was a huge help. She is a credit to this store. Thank you!
Have only had a top notch experience in this store. The associates are helpful, friendly and welcoming. The products they carry are great. Their brand gluten-free pizza is delicious, the Emerald ice cream from Ireland is the best I have ever eaten. Can’t wait for the Haymarket store to open…only 2 miles from my home. Great job Sprouts!
Meh. It's not amazing or bad, but honestly there's no reason for me to comeback here. Employees seem disinterested and couldn't care less while the store itself only a bit bigger than a Aldi. The quality just isn't there for the price, so it's not worth the bother coming here.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Sprouts location. My niece picked up a small stuffed penguin and asked if we could buy it, but we told her no since she already has many toys at home. Like many kids do, she ended up placing it back in the wrong spot. What bothered me was the behavior of one of the employees. She had been watching us from across the store, and then approached my niece’s mother demanding that we walk her back to show where the penguin was placed.
