Check your so called “ready to eat” salads thoroughly because I didn’t realize my salad was harboring some intruders. Found a dead spider and worm between the leafy greens. This took on a whole new meaning to “eating healthy”. Salad forgot to mention “bugs” in the ingredients. Are bugs a carb? Anyway, I nearly threw up in my mouth.
