I had the worst experience, I am a chef, came here for just a few fruits, and the cashier was a nightmare, younger white lady, she dropped the strawberries on the floor, tried to replace it with the organic version, tried to charge me for an extra case of strawberries, bagged my blueberries so the container was wide open and had the whole case open in the bag, never said sorry, very unprofessional. I had to coach her through her job, really embarrassing on their part.
Cleanest and friendliest Sprouts! So happy they’re so close to home. It takes the errand away from grocery shopping and makes it therapeutic!
The Sushi wasn’t fresh
I have been in several Sprouts over the years. My visit to the store in Merced was a pleasant surprise. It is small in comparison to others I have visited, but the layout is well done with an open feeling, welcoming and clean. The staff was pleasant and greeted me when I entered. The variety of products was impressive for the smaller space. I look forward to visiting it again the next time I am in town.
Absolutely love shopping at this store. Everything is so fresh and the staff are so polite and helpful. Gloria was my cashier today and she was absolutely amazing!!
