I had this WONDERFUL cashier named Shanel help me when I arrived at the store. I was pondering about my purchase and asked if she had any suggestions while I decided to look around some more. By the time I returned to the register she had looked things up and had a suggestion based on her research. I hadn’t expected her to do that, plus she was so delightful. I go out of my way to shop at this Sprouts because of this young lady.
My favorite sprouts! Always so well stocked and clean. The staff is so friendly and kind. Especially Shanel. She’s such a sweet soul and always a ray of light when I get to her register! Look forward to coming every week to do my shopping and catch up with my favorite Shanel.
I always shop at Sprouts. Great food, supplements, love sampling some of the food, hard working staff especially Shanel. She always has a smile on her face, greet customers so polite, ready to help customers. It’s a pleasure to see her when I come in especially if I need any help or can’t find something.
The worker shanel was very kind and gave me more knowledge on vegan items and she was very professional. The store was clean and the people were nice. This is my favorite store.
My previous review was specifically about Checker - Shanelda! The store is stocked well and clean and she tops our experience off with a smile and asks is we found what we need. A great personality to match great prices.
Always fresh food and great deals! Best of all is the staff! Super kind and courteous.
