I ship at this sprouts location over all the others in the front range area. Julie is my favorite! She's always so welcoming and kind and fun at the check out! I miss seeing her on her days off! I like having the option for self-check. I have a sick family member and try very hard to limit my exposure and it's comforting to not have just one more person handling my groceries. Plus it's more convenient and fast.
My experience at this Sprouts was horrible. Couldn't find alot of the items on an online order. I asked an employee for help on finding an item and they refused to help by saying it wasn't their department. Once I was able to check out an older women employee got angry for not letting her know beforehand that I had a online order and she has to start all over and scan our stuff. She began THROWING the items back onto the conveyor belt. She was being rude the whole time and her register froze so we had to go to another regist... read more
