Sprouts is for sure my favorite grocery store. It's quite large, they have discount items for 99 cents available as soon as you walk in the door. I regularly see items that were 10$ or more originally. Their selection is vast. You see row after row where every millimeter of space available for pricing items is used up. It was the first thing I noticed. They have such a large selection that they sometimes do not have room to shelve very many items at a time, and must monitor and restock during the day often. While living in San Mateo County I would shop at sprouts all the time. All the choices were exceptional. The produce was top quality. I’m in Sonoma county now I’ve been to the Petaluma Sprouts a few times. Their choices are subpar and the produce is overpriced and old. I bought a bag is nectarines 6 in the bag was only able to eat 2 the other 4 mildewed within two days of buying them. Two of the organic avocados were bad. I should do just thrown my hundred dollars in the trash. Will not be going back there.
