Lots of organic produce, and organic everything else. Definitely better than freshmarket where I couldn't find any organic produce. I would not recommend the bakery though, I bought a box of fresh baked caramel, salted, chocolate chip cookies and there was zero caramel or salt or chocolate flavor. Just bland. Odd but bakery was NOT a treat in the least. They also ask you if you want a bag at checkout, as you'd expect but they fail to inform you that there's an extra fee for bags. Fresh produce and lots of options. $30 for shredded chicken looks like there's 3-4 whole chickens in there. Great choice on then go to free families. Delicious Chicken salad, sandwiches or use for enchiladas, saves a lot of time. Premade food options are nice too. Butcher / Seafood area has most everything as well.
