The in-store service has always been great, but I would NOT recommend the delivery service. It turns out they outsourced to instacart with not a care for delivery times. My small order of eleven items has been delayed four times, twice since the driver dropped the order. 4 hours since input is when I’m set to get the delivery. I understand things happen and orders get dropped, but four hours is egregious. With a sick kid at home, I’m at the mercy of this mess. Terrible service, very disappointing.
So disappointed. We’d never been in a Sprouts before, and this store is a lot closer to our house than the Whole Foods. We tried it last week. But the produce was old and all the produce was definitely suffering from lack of turn-over. We will try it again in case we got a bad day or something.
Always fresh produce. Nice employee.
I really enjoyed my experience at Sprouts. I needed vitamins, and the lady working that areavwas extremely helpful.
