Caring, patient I feel like I'm cared for. Dr Allen is great and her nurse Diane is too. I will recommend Sprout MD to anyone. If your looking for great care here's the place to go. I recently moved to St. Louis looking for a physician to care for my type of medical need not only did I find a doctor I found a friend.
I love the personalized care I get at Sprout! Making an appointment is so easy, I just text Diane and I've always gotten in when I need to, even the same day. Being able to see Dr. Dickerson when I really need her and saving a trip to the pharmacy because they have what I need in stock is really valuable. Joining the practice was one of the best moves I've made for my health!!
I followed Dr. Otto and Diane from their previous practice to this new care model at SproutMD. Dr. Otto has always been so caring, personable, and just an amazing doctor, but her being in her element and being able to practice medicine the way she wants has been life changing. Being someone that suffers from a couple chronic conditions, the care I receive is unmatched. Dr. Otto took care of my dad in his later years. I truly believe that her expertise, care, and love gave him a longer, healthier life. She listened carefully, with endless patience, to his concerns. She did many tests and treatments in her office, which drastically reduced the stress of going to big hospital complexes for a scan or lab work. I’ve been with Sprout MD since their beginning. Dr. Otto and Diane have always treated me so personably and always make me feel welcome. It’s almost as if you are sitting down in a friends living room to have a cup of coffee rather than a visit to the doctors office. You won’t find more caring people than those at Sprout MD. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE!!
