Working with Jaci has been such an incredible experience. A year ago I was diagnosed with pericarditis, or inflammation around the heart. At the time I was 39 and considered myself in pretty good shape. I work as a Pilates instructor 4-5 days a week and when I was not with my family or working, I lived a pretty active lifestyle. My experience with Jaci was amazing. She was able to dial in my nutrition to the point where I was feeling exceptionally better after just a few weeks. She listened when I said something wasn’t working and quickly came up with a solution. Jaci checked in with me every other week to make sure I was on track and answer questions.
