This company has unprofessional closers. The closer did not return emails or phone calls in a timely manner at all. It took my Closer at the title company almost 9 days to finish the deal after the original signing. It involved an officer of the company to finish the deal.it almost cost the buyer the contract on the purchase of my house. Find SOMEONE more reliable to get your mortgage from!

I am an independent contractor working mid- to long-term assignments, and have been having a hard time getting a loan to buy my house because its considered "temp work" by my bank. I called these guys and it took a day to get a response but the loan officer was very helpful getting the paper work that fit with my income and I got my loan.
Nearly 80 days to close loan. Very frustrating experience. Thought I may have been scammed at several points due to lack of communication. They did finally get loan done. They may be a good option if you are looking for no doc loan. Will update moving forward.
