When I went in to drop things off person working counter was snotty and very rude and when I asked questions on why certain things wouldn’t get taken I got attitude and told in a very rude tone that they won’t take clothes that don’t match or anything and I asked you can’t sell separately and I got rude comments back and it was very unprofessional and I was not happy when I left on how I was treated
This is my favorite kids consignment store in town. It's not just the prices, which are super reasonable, but it's the sheer volume of items that move through. Every time I come in I find something I didn't see before, which is awesome. Also a great spot to pick up toys and baby gear. Found a brand new baby gate AND a newton mattress here for a solid price!
Everything was really cute although customer service was horrible when I walked in nobody greeted me or even said hi in fact multiple people walked in after me and not a peep there was this younger to middle aged woman with black hair she was sitting on her phone the whole time and when I went to check out she didn’t say anything didn’t even look up and acted like I was inconveniencing her it left a pretty bad taste in my mouth and I have heard this from multiple people that have been to this particular store I won’t be comi... read more
