This is my second one-star review. I deleted the first one when, after leaving me in the lurch with no communication and waiting for over an hour, I had what seemed to be a thoughtful apology. This is the second and final review. I am closing out the estate of my dead mother and needed access to her storage unit. I have the proper paperwork and as far as the storage company was concerned the unit was mine. All I needed was the locksmith. Tim and his team were wonderful!!!! They were prompt, did a GREAT job removing my VERY jammed bathroom doorknob, neat and all around awesome. If I ever have a lock issue again I know who I’m calling, that’s for sure! Thanks again!

Got locked out of home on Saturday morning. Called Tim and said we need to get to work in 2 hours. Tim was at home in under 30 mins. and got us in house all in less than 45mins. Excellent response time and professional service. Will recommend Tim to anyone in need of lock and key assistance.
Tim is awesome! Sprouse's programed and cut two different car fobs as well as cut a couple of general keys for me. Service isn't complete until everything is perfect. Professional service you expect. Honest and upfront, reasonable pricing. I will definitely use Tim and Sprouse's in the future.
