I found their service to be unprofessional, and I do not trust that they prioritize their clients' best interests. When I spoke with Judy, she appeared disinterested because they were closing early on Friday and could not provide homeowner insurance. I suggested that she call her underwriter instead of waiting for an email back, as we needed coverage by the following week. I do not recommend this agency based on two instances. I have used them for my Progressive auto policy since 2018 (during this time they switched ownership/name from Purkey insurance agency?). I became a homeowner this year and needed a quote for bunded home and auto insurance through Progressive. I was emailed a (incorrect) quote for Foremost home insurance and told that Progressive "wont offer me a home insurance quote because I have a Pitbull"- Jennifer ....
