The cleaners are wonderful and do a great job (seriously they are great every time!), but unfortunately it is the operations/management that is terrible. There's either inconsistent communication or no communication from Sproost. The process is also so disorganized. Sometimes the cleaner shows up, sometimes not. This is a total scam. Do not use them.
No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Ridiculous.
Sproost cleaners provide great cleaning services…when they actually show up for an appointment. I have tried to schedule a cleaning 4 times, and 3 times the cleaner was a no-show. The most recent no-show was a rescheduled appointment from another no-show. I have yet to receive a response to my voicemail and emails about this issue, and am forced to find a different cleaning service provider.
Booked a cleaning and my credit card was charged. The cleaner never showed up and the company has not responded to emails or answered calls since then. Had to file a dispute with my bank.
