Good quailty parts and they forgot one piece of my kit but i emailed them and they shipped the part out same day got it 2 days later
Scant say enough about this place in a good way. There customer service in spot on and they offered me an exchange months after the purchase. We’re still unsure why we need a 100 link chain on a stock 350 but either or they didn’t bat an eye at helping. I’ll definitely be using only them for online ordering as we own 3 dirt bikes, 4 atvs & 2 side by sides. So it’s nice having a great customer service business to work with.
Not sure who I spoke with, but I had aftermarket wheels on an r1 and was unaware of the kawasaki sprocket bolt pattern when ordering a kit. They answered an afternoon call and had me the correct part number in 2 minutes. I got off the phone and submitted my ordered. Within 20 minutes had an email confirming my shipment from UPS on a Thursday afternoon! Received the part early Saturday morning and was able to ride all night before the arctic blast hit! Thank you for the great customer service!
I ordered a RK525ZXW chain for my V4S and the incorrect chain type arrived. After calling and speaking to a friendly, professional person (forgot their name) at Sprocket Center, the correct chain was sent out quickly and painlessly. It included return packaging and shipping label to return the incorrect chain. Fantastic customer service. Mistakes happen. It's how the company corrects it that matters. I will be a repeat customer.
