Took our premium payment for Q1 and then cancelled our policy before Q1 was even completed. Why even take us as a client? Maybe to make quick money? Very disappointed on their actions as a company. We are non for profit Veterans of Foreign Wars organization.
Truely unprofessional after 6 yrs of paying on time and in full each year
I have an insured with Spriska who recently had their boiler go out which left their tenants without heat. We reported the claim later in the afternoon. By 8am the next morning, the adjustor had already met the insured and the claim was being worked on. That is some of the quickest turn-around I have seen
Horrendous leadership. Restrictive and narrowing appetite based upon however their CEO is feeling that morning. Green, inexperienced underwriters. Treats employees terribly. No integrity or professionalism to be found.
