I found their platform very easy to use, and certainly makes getting legal advice easy. The discounted 12-month subscription is good value and I've used the included calls a couple of times – I can see myself using that again. I had a Privacy Policy and T&C document drafted, and found a few rounds of back-and-forth was needed to get it to reflect my product well (more effort than I expected - the first few versions were a bit too templated/generic and too much legal jargon). I'd recommend stipulating "plain english drafting"... read more
