Cancelled our membership in May 2026, the service had been ok but there were some delays and miscommunication so we decided not to renew. September 2026 and we have an unauthorised transaction for almost $900. Called and nobody from the team is available, call back requested but not received. Emailed and got a generic responce they will aim to respond within 2 business days. Very disappointing service and we now have to raise a dispute with our bank to recover funds. EDIT: Sprintlaw’s co-founder, Alex, reached out to me directly after seeing this review. He took the time to hear what happened, was genuinely apologetic, explained that this was not the standard Sprintlaw aims for, and withdrew the disputed charge. I really appreciate how he handled it and the effort to make things right. -- I rarely leave reviews like this, but after the amount of time, money and stress this caused us — followed by an attempt to charge us thousands more for work we never authorised — I think other business... read more
