Awesome experience
I have been going there for a few years and have always been happy...until today. I had the oil changed (along with Fuel-Air-Cabin filters) in my Sprinter. What was disappointing was that I was charged $49 for 3 gallons of DEF, I just filled my DEF a week ago. They told me this was standard procedure even if I didn't need any DEF, WT...? They acknowledged all they did was top it off, but I was welcome to come back and have them add some additional DEF later...free; that doesn't make any sense. I will not be back. I called to make an appointment on Weds for Thurs AM to change the fuel filter in my Sprinter 3500. Got in early, work done quickly and well done! Asked about services such as brakes, tranny, coolant, etc. They do all of them and more for reasonable prices! Tyler and Jose were very pleasant and professional!
