If you’re looking for experts with Mercedes-Benz Repairs or Maintenance this is the perfect place to go without having to take a trip to the dealership. Tyler and his team at Sprinter&Benz Service did a great job performing a 4 wheel alignment on my vehicle and adjusting alignment specs to factory spec after Les Schwab didn’t properly performed the procedure correctly.
Tyler and Jose are amazing! Took on a dynamic seat project with my S560 (that I’m very particular about) and they stayed with it until it was fixed… Had to wait on a part that never arrived and after 2 1/2 months were still willing to service the vehicle for me and did a fix on it. They returned the car back to me in immaculate condition, as I had delivered it to them. Don’t be afraid to take your Mercedes to these guys, no matter how nice it is, it is in good hands. Best shop ever!!! For years, we've been using Sprinter & Benz for our small fleet of sprinters and cannot thank them enough. Extremely knowledgeable about not just engines, but they've also helped us with heater issues, ac units, broken doors, and a lot more. Highly recommended!!! Thank you guys!!!
We can't praise Sprinter & Benz Service highly enough. We, a Swiss couple, drive a 2015 Sprinter, with manual transmission clutch. Mercedes Benz of Westminster refused to change the clutch because of zero experience of working on manual clutches. Gladly enouch we found Tyler and Jose. They are an excelente team, extremely thorough and know their stuff. The workshop is well organized and clean. Thank you very much
