Amazing company for what they do. Anyone else in this space is 50-100% higher cost. The team was professional and made pickup and drop off a breeze. Will be back!
The Mercedes van drove relatively well. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that we received the van with only about 1/3 of a fuel, we returned the van with the same, and they tried to charge me an extra fuel charge, even if I had emailed them photos with the fuel level at the pick up time. I am used to drive a 15 passenger Ford Transit, I do like that this one has more rooms for the passenger, but the AC system is very difficult to regulate in the Mercedes Sprinter Van, in the Ford transit it is super simple as you have on... read more

Rented a 2023 Mercedes 15 passenger sprinter van for a week. Amazing experience. Awesome communication and easy to coordinate the pick up and delivery. Our weekend was sunny the whole time so we couldn't confirm any of the other low-star reviews. From our experience, I highly recommend.
