This shop is a complete rip off horrible service. I'm a Hvac contractor and I took my van to these guys last year three times all for them to charge me roughly 8000.00 for a bunch of repairs that was covered by Mercedes under a recall. They was trying to take me for 10k but my gutt feeling told me to outsource a different mechanic to see whether or not if I was being taking advantage of. Have to agree with the previous two negative reviews. This place fixed both of our metris vans and one we picked up and the moment we picked up it had a major exhaust leak. They tried to blame it on us saying that we did it. We had less than a 1/10 of a mile when we called. They wouldn't get it back it to look at right away. The other van we had the work done and it too is still not right. They charge insane shop hourly rate and any codes you show them with a scanner they say oh thats not correct codes. I recommend good guys
Guy was rude. Did do bad wheel alignment and did blame bad shocks. But shocks were month old. Than might be you hit the curb… In one day? Than vehicle is older. Just ridiculous. And do charge much more than others.
