The crew is amazing and always attentive. The van we got (15 persons Mercedes sprinter) kept having some issues with the side door that kept being stuck. Also, the first day a “add oil to engine” signed appeared on the board, last thing you want with a rental car is to deal with any fluids or mechanical stuff. Finally, unfortunately we didn’t have this van during the first day, due a flat tire so we received a smaller van at the airport. We worked it out at the end.

What a great experience we had renting our 15 passenger van from Rodney, Sprinter Rentals. Everything went smooth. The communication via email and text were great. This was perfect for our Birthday day trip to Napa. We will be returning customers!!! Thank you!

Good experience getting started, but because the van they planned to rent to me had mechanical issues, they sub-contracted to another Sprinter rental agency in San Jose. Although the turnover worked out very well, the actual service was provided by MVNN Motors. Same cost & pickup terms, and excellent communication from MVNN. Net net I'm pleased overall.

The van worked well for our trip of 12. Pickup and drop off were super easy. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the rear A/C was not working well and that made things a little uncomfortable. Overall a great experience.
