Good experience getting started, but because the van they planned to rent to me had mechanical issues, they sub-contracted to another Sprinter rental agency in San Jose. Although the turnover worked out very well, the actual service was provided by MVNN Motors. Same cost & pickup terms, and excellent communication from MVNN. Net net I'm pleased overall.
The van worked well for our trip of 12. Pickup and drop off were super easy. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because the rear A/C was not working well and that made things a little uncomfortable. Overall a great experience.
Great experience! Paul was extremely responsive and very helpful. The van was clean and we had no issues. We would definitely use him again.

Paul was amazing!! We were in town for a 40th birthday celebration to Napa. The sprinter van was in great shape and communication from Paul was spectacular. I would hight recommend this service to anyone needed transportation around the area. Awesome job, thank you!
