Great vans, easy to pick up at airport. The owner was available by phone to answer any questions the entire trip.
Firstly, we booked a 15 passenger van 3 days in advance which was surprisingly canceled at 8:39 p.m. the night before our trip. I booked the last remaining van asap even though it was more expensive with few amenities. Then received a call from the owner of the latest rental van, (I expected to work with Chelsea so I assume the caller was her husband) he told me that we made a last minute booking and due to a family renting the van for a week, he would cancel our reservation.
