We rented the VIP 15-seater Mercedes Sprinter from Robert’s Van. Robert was very professional throughout the entire process and communicated well with us. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with the rear AC, which stopped cooling and was only circulating air during our drive to Florida. We contacted Robert, and although he had recently had the van serviced, he wasn’t able to get the AC working again at that time. My wife booked this for my 30th Birthday trip. Robert was very easy to communicate with and the booking process was great.
I rented a van from Chris and it was such a pleasure working with him. The pick up and drop off was an easy process. The van was nice and clean and when I needed my questions answered Chris was always available! I will definitely book again!!!
