our trip with this van was excellent the process was smooth and the Van itself wa great. plenty of room . the onlt thing we could not figure out was how to get the volume up on the tv. the host was very helpful and informative about every step with this rental
I had a very disappointing experience with this Sprinter van owner. The communication was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. When issues or questions came up, instead of being understanding or trying to help, the owner responded with attitude and made the situation uncomfortable.
I had a fantastic experience renting a Sprinter from here. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. The booking was easy, communication was clear, and the staff was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions before pickup. The van itself was in excellent condition.
