My family rented this van for a weekend trip to attend a family reunion, and unfortunately, we experienced several issues throughout the rental. On the first day of travel, multiple warning indicators appeared, including a tire pressure warning and a wrench light. We had to pull over to inspect the vehicle. We also filled the gas tank completely, but the fuel gauge continued to show only half a tank. Bad choice! This was our second bad experience and will never use this company again. and I would not recommend them . Upon arrival day we get a text message saying you can pick up your van at some random address. No shuttle service. I ask, how are we supposed to get there? They did not provide shuttle service. The host said you can walk it’s a short walk from the airport. Canceled my booking the day before with no explanation
The best way to travel with 7 adults! We had the 9 passenger with two bench seats in the back. All my people had a great time with the extra room. It was so comfortable and we had both TVs going most of the time. The van drives like a big van, but not like a motor home. It takes up two parking spaces, but I didn’t feel wrong parking at the edge of a normal lot. Worth every penny! #19213 1,400 miles No issues
