Robert was accommodating and responsive when I needed to change my booking schedule on short notice. He handled everything quickly and professionally. Absolutely fantastic and beautiful Sprinter, great gas milage a beautiful TV, comfortable seats, great dual air conditioning, spacious luggage compartment. Everything you need for a comfortable trip wherever it needs to take you. John was awesome, very responsive via text, monitored the health of the Sprinter remotely so you don't have to worry about anything. Iwill definitely be using John again on our next trip.
The van worked for our group of 10 seniors. We asked Nora if the rear row of seats could be removed for extra space for luggage. They took great care of us. We had fun visiting and touring the red wood forests and other coastal sites.
I rented David's van for a 800 mile tour vacation. It was clean, well tuned, and on time. David helped to provide a nice travel experience for my group.
