We rented from David, and it was excellent. We had a soccer tournament down in San Diego and the van got the whole team around the city. David was super responsive. We will be defiantly renting from this website again!

Van was perfect for our group size, and fairly priced. The only issue we ran into was the booking information on the website being outdated and causing confusion on pickup and dropping instructions. At some point our host/van was changed for our booking, but the information wasn't updated to us and I didn't realize this change because the automated emails were also not updated. It all ended up okay, but I think it's an opportunity for IT upgrades on their website.

What a van, the starlink is now an absolute must. We were never without internet access. Definitely would recommend and will use Sprinter rentals on our next trip. We had a brand new van with excellent ac, even in July in Arizona. Tv in the back is a nice touch too. Super comfortable, clean, and the best communication I’ve ever had in a rental. Quick responses every time. John was our host, reach out to him if you need a van. We had a 5 star experience in a 5 star van.

This was an excellent experience! John was incredibly communicative and walked me through everything I needed to know prior to using the van. It was clean, well-appointed, easy to drive, and we had room for all our passengers. I highly recommend John!

Our host John was superb!! He stepped up to plate and provided us with a last-minute sprinter van. Very communicative and friendly. The van was clean and in great condition. He went the extra mile by meeting us at the airport to pick the van up which saved a lot of time. Thank you John!!!
