During maintenance these guys broke an engine bolt and cracked the engine block. They refused any responsibility but offered a used engine for $20,000. They had my van for 8 months. Skip these guys.
If you're planning on building out a Sprinter, go talk to Frank at Sprinter of Rocklin. Although he didn't have the exact Sprinter I was looking for, he made calls and scoured the national database to try to find me one without any concern for losing a personal sale. Out of all the Sprinter guys I talked to, Frank's advice influenced my choice the most. He was literally selling me on a van he couldn't sell to me. I got my perfect sprinter with every option I could think of with out wating the6-8 months wait from rocklin sprinter thanks to one man. Alex made the hole process so easy for me to make my decision same day. Defiantly recommend him and defiantly will be back to buy more sprinters from him.
