Duy is arguably the best Mercedes and AMG tech in Socal, and we're lucky to have him in Camarillo. He's a family man, honest as the day is long, and runs a clean shop. I recently had a persistent problem tripping an exhaust sensor in our 2009 Sprinter 3500 and he fixed it in a single afternoon. Also, his service warranty is the best I've found. Very, very pleased.
The mechanic is located in a commercial area and features a small waiting area inside the facility. Right across the street is a walking path, and Pitts Ranch Park—a dog-friendly community park—is just a short, 10-minute walk away (about 0.4 miles).
They were very professional.
