Was just passing through the area on a long road trip until my Sprinter started having problems navigating hills. I showed up to the shop and Duy was kind enough to stop what he was doing and quickly diagnose what was going on. I'm not a local, but if I were they would be doing all my service. A+
Duy got my AC fixed and recharged in no time before our 2000mile road trip. He diagnosed, tested and made sure everything was perfect. He is going to be our go-2 for our Winnebago RV moving forward!
This is a LONG overdue review. We've been taking our van to Duy since we bought it in 2022, and he always does amazing & fair priced work. From an oil change to rebuilding our transmission, we've had it all done here! He always takes the time to explain everything and even suggest multiple solutions when applicable. Sprinter & Benzz Auto is a first class operation. I have two Sprinters that I use for business. I was paying exorbitant fees through the dealership to perform regular maintenance for my vehicles until I found Sprinter & Benzz Auto. Now, I pay a fair price and receive exceptional service. I highly recommend, and I will never go anywhere else for My Sprinter repairs.
Finally I’ve found the best Sprinter service/repair facility! Instead of the typical repair shop where you speak to a “service advisor” that types into a computer your van’s issues, what you want done, odd error messages, etc, at Sprinter & Benzz you talk face to face with the master technician that does/did the work.
