Jordan Harris was the representative in the store he was not helpful on phone said he couldn't put account up on the pho e he said he needed to have us in store. Which made me upset. Then he was rude when we came in store wasn't going to help us . We just got new phones which the bill was screwed up and we are Not GETTING CELLULAR COVERAGE . He is a rude customer service representative and should not be serving the public. After today I will not be dealing with this store and the stores representatives

I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. Huge shout out to "Mark" I think it was who helped me tonight! He not only painstakingly figured out how to reset my device with a broken screen, but hooked me up with a replacement liquid glass! Man deserves a raise

I can't believe someone pays these people. They have no brains. The minute I can switch service I will do so. These doosh floots have no life and really no customer service. I am pretty sure they do drugs in the back.
