Shady. Most of this applies to Brightstar in general, but I used to work for this particular Spring by Brightstar location. Occasionally you will find a decent sales rep who can assist you, but for the most part Brightstar is a corrupt company. Here's what I can tell you: • They do not care about you, only your money. uh....like....it aint. like....it aint there. there is no sprint store there. there is no there there. its closed; sign is gonesville man. heavy but true story.

Brightstar wireless is a joke. My recommendation is to go through Sprint directly. It took about 5 days to get our phone. If you call Sprint direct its overnighted for free. So we go to pick up our phone once it arrived. There is 1 employee there with 4 people in line including ourselves. He asks everyone if we could come back another day if possible. We all say no. So the manager gets there in about 20 minutes. We hear him talking to the other employee and asks him if he's sold any Sprint Complete insurance plans. He says "... read more
