Went to this location to upgrade my phone. Staff unhappy and unhelpful. i felt like spending money on this upgrade was more an inconvenience for Them more than it was for me. I waited 20 minutes for service reps to even get my items from a safe. The entire time was uninviting. I spoke to the manager on duty yadaria she was even worse bad attitude. I walked away wishing I had just switched service. Will not be going back for any help. Find another tmobile. This one is awful.
I’m not sure what the customer service training is at this location but whatever it is, it’s not working. We got this guy who had very little patience when he was talking to us, refused to answer questions and made us feel like we were a burden to deal with. We asked him if he could see what was in stock at the store before placing an order online, not once but twice and he was very hesitant to do so.
