Just stood in the store for 25 minutes. Only one sale person on, helping a customer.... No acknowledgement for the whole 25 minutes. Asked to use the bathroom which was code lock and could only be open by the sale associate. Walked out at this point. 10/29/30 They are still the same. JUSTIN the employee was of no help nore did he try to be... just poor service and lack of effort.
Agent Chris was a breath of fresh air customer service was top notch
Wasted over an hr here, tried to sell us an expired promo.
