Take it out of the box, plug it in, you're in business. Ultra fast internet. When I called tmobile sales support they claimed it wouldn't work at my house in the country, I insisted it would. They finally sent me one, and it works. After using it for five months, sometimes I check availability and it still says it's not available in my area. Best internet I've ever had. You can actually watch movies and TV without it buffering.
