Customer service is a Joke! Phone was not responding to a charger, the repair tech said she could soder the charging port back together and it would be back to normal, picked up phone and the same issue, she didnt even test it or check to see if it even worked! Then replacement phone was ordered, after a week I called to check and see if it was in and they advised me of a back order, I was not advised of this to begin with! This store is a Joke. Its not even a direct Sprint store, they are a 3rd party. I turned my phone in to be repaired, when I got it back, It was not repaired. I don't think she even looked at it when she told me it was an easy repair. The charging port had to be reattached, they had to order a replacement, I received a defective replacement after a week of waiting, wasn't advised it was on backorder and they refused to replace it again without returning to the store, mind you it was less then 24 hrs that I had the phone.
