If you want to encounter Sketchiness look no further than this 3rd party Sprint store. (I was looking to purchase a new iPhone 11) After multiple questions with no direct answer regarding how much my phone bill would be for the future, I decided to leave the store without buying. Upon entering I explained the problem I was having with my phone and what I and tech support had done to address it. The employees then spent the better part of thirty minutes redoing everything we had already tried and opening and closing apps over and over again to see if it worked. They eventually called their manager who just said that a service tower must be down. I had been unable to access mobile data for over a week. A tower was not the problem.
