My Samsung A50 wouldn't charge and died for the second time in 18 months. The first time they were great. They sent the phone in for me and about 5 days later I had a fixed phone. JC sold me a defective charger for my Iphone and wouldn't admit it. I will take care this with his superior. Instead used all kinds of excuses because he was sprint and now he is t-mobile. Very unprofessional!
