The insurance is a joke. Customer Service and the stores do not communicate. Service is trash (Full LTE signal but the internet will not load) If you are considering being a customer please also take into consideration that on Monday a Sprint employee accessed and changed my security information without my knowledge and I am locked out of my account now. All I need is a return kit to end this nightmare.
