Greg is a lifesaver, I can’t recommend him and Sprint highly enough. At my business, our previous security service provider of many years gave us only one week notice that they were terminating our service. I called Greg and he got right on it. When he and his associate Rimas came by to do the install, it was a way bigger job than any of us had expected, since our previous provider had left things a mess. Slow to respond to calls, have had them at house multiple times and still getting frequent false alarms, don’t follow up on incomplete work (like getting my alarm system on line as promised months ago)
