I am incredibly grateful to Michael and his professional team at Sprint Digital. The project I requested was completed on time, within budget, and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for exceptional quality!
The developers at Sprint were talented and did a great job initially. However, they failed to properly transfer ownership of the entire asset to me or my business, which meant neither I, nor my new developers could fix significant errors, and things just stopped working. They acknowledged the mistake was theirs, but did not apologise and refused to completely fix the mistake and essentially ghosted us when we tried to get to the bottom of it. A lot of experience working with VIP clients. They want your money and will build software you hate*. * Edit - I came back to change this but the total disrespect they have for their customers after trapping them into their development and sprints is shocking. They hide a lot of the apps they build because customers aren't happy with them and they produce 3 star apps at best.
I have worked with Sprint for a year on a completely novel system. They did not shy away from any challenge and always sought a pathway to finding a solution to make new features work. The final product of their work has proven to be very useful and valuable. I was particularly impressed with their willingness to bring what was a essentially an idea into a tangible and useful system.
