The developers at Sprint were talented and did a great job initially. However, they failed to properly transfer ownership of the entire asset to me or my business, which meant neither I, nor my new developers could fix significant errors, and things just stopped working. They acknowledged the mistake was theirs, but did not apologise and refused to completely fix the mistake and essentially ghosted us when we tried to get to the bottom of it.
