Avoid this location at all costs, staff is incredibly rude and demeaning. I went in when there were no other customers and I was treated like garage and talked down to by the female staff for being white. It was quite degrading, this type of behavior certainly should not be allowed to exist but here we are.
Thank you T-Mobile for providing amazing service and the customer service and help that I received today was amazing, I had a bit of trouble with my IPad on yesterday and was determined today to trade it in, I came in really frustrated but upon arriving I was greeted by Grace and without hesitation she immediately went into trouble shoot mode and set up my device in less than 5 mins. Her patience and knowledge of the issue is unmatched! Thank you Grace for your outstanding customer service!
