I had an absolutely outstanding experience at this T-Mobile store today. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. Even though there were already two employees helping other customers, we were acknowledged right away, signed in, and made to feel welcome. The employees were friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful.
