Yulisa was a SAVIOUR! She was the most helpful I’ve had at Tmobile and I have been a customer for 10+ years. Hands down the best experience. She deserves a raise. She helped combat your systems being down and still helped me with my upgrade after my phone was stolen the day previously, I haven’t seen customer service at the level she provided in a long time and everyone needs to know she is appreciated.
