Yesterday I came in and I worked with Jahziel and she was the best! She was so nice and welcoming and she wanted to assist me with anything that I needed! 10/10 with her customer service
They were all standing around talking about football instead of helping me I prefer other tmobile stores. Also the lady could not care less about helping me she left me to go talk about football.
The process was really slow compared to other tmobile stores
Having problems with my Samsung. And they explained why and how to fix it.
