Joseph was great! Came in frustrated after being on the phone for HOURS and no one seemed to be able to assist me. I went into the location explained my situation and Joseph solved my issue in less than 20 minutes!!! Absolutely amazing customer service!
I just want to give a quick shout out to Joseph for taking care of us this morning! He was quick to listen to our problem and came up with a solution to get us taken care of fast!!!
I came in because my phone had an update that changed everything and deleted some things I really need. Normally I wouldn't walk into an actual mobile store to get help with things like this, but I did and one of the attendees Wendy help me get things put back together. I really appreciate it 🤎
